For Returning Local Resident of Dumaguete City, ROF, OFW, Government Employee/Official, Uniformed Personnel, Workers, Special Resident Retiree’s Visa Holder, Tourist, Visitor, DFA/PRC/NBI/Medical Appointment

SPass is a national system for travel within the Philippines. For travel to Dumaguete, submit your health requirements via www.s-pass.ph. For residents of other towns/cities in Negros Oriental, please contact your LGU for details. National & local directives for travel restrictions apply. Keep safe.

[Vaccination Certificate is only required for those vaccination cards without QR code or without contact details of your City Health Office (CHO)/Municipal Health Unit (MHU); it is needed for validation of vaccination card details.]

NOT Vaccinated/Not Fully Vaccinated
Requirements
1. Valid I.D.
2. RT PCR Swab Test Negative Result
*valid 72 hours from result release date
*must be from DOH-accredited test center

FULLY Vaccinated (14 days after 2nd vaccine dose)
Requirements
1. Vaccination Card (side with vaccination details)
2. Antigen Test Negative Result (valid 48 hours)
3. Vaccination Certificate that you are fully vaccinated from Municipality/City Health Office where you were vaccinated.
